Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in New York, NY.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
